• Maximum capacity: 30 people per group.
• Essential information when booking: Full name, date of birth and passport details of each participant. Without this information, the Alhambra may deny access.
• Accessibility: Not adapted for wheelchairs. Accessible for strollers. Child seats available.
• Tickets: Included for Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife.
• Minimum participants: The excursion will not take place if the minimum of three participants is not reached.

- Cancellations made between 59 days and 72 hours before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €32 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €8 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity are non-refundable. We recommend checking availability and confirming the date before completing your booking.

• Natureza do serviço: O cliente reconhece que esta reserva constitui um mandato de gestão para a aquisição de ingressos nominativos junto ao Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife. Como o serviço começa imediatamente após o pagamento e está vinculado a uma data e hora específicas para uma atividade recreativa, o direito de desistência de 14 dias não se aplica, de acordo com o Art. 103, parágrafos a) e l) do TRLCU.
• Gestão de horários: A EMPRESA reserva-se o direito, com base na disponibilidade real de ingressos emitidos pelo Monumento, de ajustar o horário da visita (guiada ou autoguiada). Um ajuste de até [6] horas em relação ao horário inicialmente solicitado será considerado aceitável. Se o ajuste necessário exceder essa margem, o cliente poderá optar por aceitar o novo horário ou solicitar a rescisão do contrato com reembolso total. Ao realizar este mandato de gestão, o cliente aceita expressamente essa flexibilidade de horário vinculada à disponibilidade oficial.
