The Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain and one of the best-preserved Islamic palatial complexes in the world. This option is designed for those who prefer to explore the site at their own pace, without depending on the schedule of a group, with tickets included for all areas and a professional audioguide app available in six languages.

The visit covers the three main spaces of the complex. The Nasrid Palaces concentrate the political and residential nucleus of the Nasrid dynasty, with the Mexuar, the Palace of Comares and the Patio of the Lions as the central sequence, each with geometric and epigraphic ornamentation that the audioguide contextualizes in detail. The Alcazaba, the military fortress of the 13th century, offers the most complete panorama of Granada and the vega from the Torre de la Vela. The Gardens of the Generalife close the tour with the acequia gardens and Mediterranean vegetation of the palace of retreat of the Sultans. Access to the Nasrid Palaces must be made within the time slot indicated on the ticket.

• Capacity: The Alhambra has a limited daily capacity. It is recommended to book as early as possible.
• Footwear: Comfortable footwear is recommended for the tour through the various areas and gardens of the complex.

- Cancellations made between 59 days and 72 hours before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €32 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €8 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity are non-refundable. We recommend checking availability and confirming the date before completing your booking.

- Cancellation by the company: In the exceptional case of lack of ticket availability or technical impossibility to fulfill the order, THE COMPANY may cancel the reservation with a minimum notice of 12 hours, guaranteeing a 100% refund of the amount paid to the customer or, if preferred, their transfer to a priority waiting list. THE COMPANY is exempt from any other additional responsibility or compensation for damages arising from this cancellation due to lack of ticket availability at the Monument.

• Nature of the service: The customer acknowledges that this reservation constitutes a management order for the acquisition of nominative tickets before the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife. Since the service begins immediately after payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a recreational activity, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply, in accordance with Art. 103, paragraphs a) and l) of the TRLCU.
• Schedule management: THE COMPANY reserves the right, depending on the actual availability of tickets issued by the Monument, to adjust the schedule of the visit (guided or self-guided). An adjustment of up to [6] hours from the initially requested schedule will be considered an acceptable adjustment. If the necessary adjustment exceeds this margin, the customer may choose to accept the new schedule or request the termination of the contract with a full refund. By making this management order, the customer expressly accepts this schedule flexibility linked to official availability.
