Guided Tour of the Alhambra, Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife

The Alhambra is the best-preserved Andalusian palatine complex in the world and the most visited monument in Spain. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the palatine city combines military, residential and garden architecture in an enclosure that holds seven centuries of Nasrid history on the Sabika hill, above Granada. On this shared group guided tour we include tickets to all areas and an expert guide throughout the entire route, with no need to manage access or queues.

Our itinerary covers the three main areas of the complex. The Nasrid Palaces concentrate the dynasty's political and residential core, with the Mexuar, the Palace of Comares and the Court of the Lions as the central sequence, each with a distinct function and ornamentation that our expert guide reveals in detail. The Alcazaba, the 13th-century military fortress, offers from its Torre de la Vela the most complete panoramic view of Granada and the vega. The Generalife Gardens round off the visit with the irrigation channel gardens and Mediterranean vegetation of the sultans' retreat palace. The visit order to the Nasrid Palaces is determined by the entry time assigned by the Alhambra Board at the time of booking.

Practical information

• Access: The customer arrives on their own at the meeting point.
• Tickets: Included for all areas: Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife.
• Visit order: Access to the Nasrid Palaces follows the schedule assigned by the Alhambra Board at the time of booking.
• Capacity: The Alhambra has limited daily capacity. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible.
• Footwear: Comfortable footwear is recommended for the tour through the different areas and gardens of the complex.

- Cancellations made between 59 days and 72 hours before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €32 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the date of the activity will incur a charge of €8 per person for administrative costs.

- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the activity are non-refundable. We recommend checking availability and confirming the date before completing your booking.

- Cancellation by the company: In the exceptional case of lack of ticket availability or technical impossibility to fulfill the order, THE COMPANY may cancel the reservation with a minimum notice of 12 hours, guaranteeing a 100% refund of the amount paid to the customer or, if preferred, their transfer to a priority waiting list. THE COMPANY is exempt from any other additional responsibility or compensation for damages arising from this cancellation due to lack of ticket availability at the Monument.

• Nature of the service: The customer acknowledges that this reservation constitutes a management order for the acquisition of nominative tickets before the Patronato de la Alhambra y Generalife. Since the service begins immediately after payment and is linked to a specific date and time for a recreational activity, the right of withdrawal of 14 days does not apply, in accordance with Art. 103, paragraphs a) and l) of the TRLCU.
• Schedule management: THE COMPANY reserves the right, depending on the actual availability of tickets issued by the Monument, to adjust the schedule of the visit (guided or self-guided). An adjustment of up to [6] hours from the initially requested schedule will be considered acceptable. If the necessary adjustment exceeds this margin, the customer may choose to accept the new schedule or request the termination of the contract with a full refund. By making this management order, the customer expressly accepts this schedule flexibility linked to official availability.
